HEAVEN ABOVE Trying to entice people to climb a set of fairly steep stairs (which, of course, means coming back down them again, usually after ingesting a lot of alcohol) is one of the most difficult exercises to be undertaken by any kind of bar. Yet a combination of good management and always having plenty of attractive ladies has made Heaven Above one of the leading dens in Fun Town. The place is predominantly coloured in white; I suppose it could put you in mind of a hospital ward, a snowstorm or a bad case of dandruff. Heaven Above has a very relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere. |
